Malbec, the icon of the Argentinean production, has found in the Cafayate Valley a special terroir, where it has achieved a perfect adjustment, giving wines of great color and structure, with typical characteristics of the variety and the region. The Cabernet of Cafayate, most well-known for its spicy and peppery aromas, found in our estate the right balance between climate and soil providing us with healthy ripe grapes. This blend, of careful proportions, combines the best of both varieties that together with its aging in oak barrels for 12 months furnishes us with a full-bodied wine for aging, great volume in the mouth, round tannins and complex aromas.
